Some say that if you let something go, and it comes back… it was meant to be. Well, how about recording a podcast? Well, this week’s podcast won’t ever come back (or something). Due to unforseen circumstances, we won’t be releasing this week’s ‘cast. Funny, it might the the podcast that I get the rantiest on. Maybe the rant will make its way into a future episode.

Anyway, I did want to mention the couple upcoming Boston events that were discussed on the episode that wasn’t meant to be.

First is the Dillinger Escape Plan playing at the Middle East on October 25th just ahead of their next studio album Ire Works. For all you mathcore fans, this is sure to be one of the best shows of the year. Hopefully, I can wrangle up a ticket.

Also, for all you (as Carl puts it) Pet geeks, there is Barktoberfest (I wish I were kidding) at the 4H Fairgrounds on Sunday September 16th.
