At about minute 13 one of the Karls goes into the Harry Potter plot.

I’m only on page 451!!

Now, the bit he talked about sounded surprisingly like Return of the Jedi so… I think it’s misinformation… but I had to turn off the podcast.

Okay, the Korea thing did not go down exactly as Carl described. From what I’ve read on it and when things like this happen we talk about it in science a lot, there were lots of problems with the data he presented in his paper. He fudged several of the pieces of data in the figures and committed major fraud.

I ain’t listened to this gem yet, but I just wanted to drop in and say “I still listen”.

I haven’t commented in ages, but I still listen as devoutly as Colin buries religious idols. Wait… more devoutly than that. ;P
