Basically, they really did trim it down to one version of the OS. The different flavors will all be on the same CD. It will just install/not install certain components depending on what kind of license key you give it. On top of that, you'll be able to pay to upgrade your copy of Vista, get a new license key, and have Vista upgrade itself on the fly to that new flavor by installing the new functionality.
