Obviously I am no fan of the RIAA, and it’s nice to see someone put them on trial for the racketeering sons of bitches they are.

    Yeah, someone should really explain to her lawyer what MediaSentry actually does, so he doesn’t look foolish claiming that they broke into her personal computer.

    Heh. yeah, that would be nice.

    Personally, I think the case has merit (from a lay perspective, of course), but her lawyer has to read up.

    There really needs to be a new class of lawyer, one that has intimate knowledge of tech stuff. Or law firms need to start talking to their sysadmins more.

    But I’m still happy about the countersuit.
