So, last night, my gaming cohorts sat down for the first time in many weeks to roll some D20’s. Since we were unable to continue a previous adventure due to one of the group having to paint a nursery for an upcoming family edition, we decided to begin a new adventure that Jay has been reading up on, The Banewarrens.

So, how does the adventure begin? Funny you should ask… as we stroll into a very cosmpolitan city, we see and hear a commotion. As we get closer, an orc on fire (magical flames) is running around like a lunatic setting everything and everyone in close proximity on fire. Strange? Well, don’t be too hasty. You see, an elderly man down the street is uncontrollably shooting lightning bolts out of his eyeballs. Weird? Ahem… Did I mention the very old lady beginning to float to the heavens? Or, how about the dwarf who just created a giant octobus, accidental of course, half lodged in a stone wall. Sushi anyone?
